Processing Times All orders are processed, packaged, and allocated a tracking number within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@basissupply.com and we'll lodge a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
